Limited Warranty Policy

At LACHIN, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our luggage and backpacks. Our limited warranty ensures your product performs as expected, subject to the conditions below.

What’s Covered

We will repair or replace eligible defects due to manufacturing faults or material failures under normal usage:

• Zippers & Fasteners: Misaligned, broken, or malfunctioning zippers.

• Handles: Telescopic handles that won’t extend/retract or are detached.

• Wheels: Misaligned or prematurely detached wheels.

• Stitching & Seams: Loose or unraveling stitching.

• Material Defects: Cracks in hard shells or fabric fraying in softside luggage.

• Interior Components: Broken pockets, dividers, or internal lining issues.

• Locks: TSA locks or locking systems that fail.

• Frame Damage: Non-misuse-related structural cracks or warping.

• Finish: Premature cracking, peeling, or discoloration of the outer surface.

Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, abrasions, scratches).

• Damage from overpacking or mishandling.

• Wheel damage from rough surfaces or misuse.

• Third-party damages (airlines, couriers, etc.).

• Repairs by unauthorized parties.

• Products not purchased directly from LACHIN or certified retailers.

• Fraudulent or misrepresented warranty claims.

Please note: The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to replaced items.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Take clear photos showing the issue with the product.

2. Attach a copy of your purchase receipt.

4. Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
