You are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, with no obligation to provide a reason.

Refund Eligibility

The refund request period is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the product.

To initiate a refund, you must notify us of your decision through a clear written statement.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your reimbursement within 30 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days

• The item is in its original packaging and unused

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Please return the items to the original purchase address.

We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds will not be issued without receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.
